Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or major holidays. Orders drop-shipped from manufacturers may take as much as five business days to ship.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as a form of payment.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Flagship Marine purchase of a product, please contact Customer Support for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the Flagship Marine order center within 29 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges. Merchandise returned which is not defective or damaged will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee is waived when merchandise is returned for an exchange.  We are unable to take returns on custom orders. 
How to request a refund
Within 14 days of receipt of your product:

1.  Contact Customer Support to make arrangements for a return and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please include in this communication your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
2. Ship the unopened product to the address in your RMA Confirmation email. Shipping recommendations*.
3. If upon inspection the return meets all the requirements stated above a replacement item or refund will be issued onto the credit card used when making the original purchase. We will initiate the refund process within two business days.
*1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and 2. Either insure your package for safe return to Flagship Marine or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect with any product, please contact Customer Support within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Please include in this communication your order number and the email address used when placing the order. Such a defect, if any, may be covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information for the item purchased.

DAMAGED IN DELIVERY
If your order arrives and appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Support within the first 48 hours of the receipt of the product. Please include in this communication your order number and the email address used when placing the order. We will investigate and make the necessary arrangements for the damaged item to be returned as well as promptly sending out a replacement.

ERROR WITH ORDER
If the item you receive is not the one you ordered, please contact Customer Support within the first 48 hours of the receipt of the product. Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida, USA, where Flagship Marine holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
